LONDON—London Stock Exchange Group PLC on Tuesday announced a senior management shuffle, led by the appointment of a former Nasdaq OMX Group Inc. heavyweight as chief financial officer, as it continues with plans to diversify from traditional equity trading and create more international breadth.
LSE said former Nasdaq OMX executive David Warren, 58 years old, will succeed Doug Webb as chief financial officer beginning July 2. Mr. Webb is leaving the company at the end of July to pursue other interests, LSE said.
